As for working with aliens, Russians R&D staff receive a blueprint of UFO craft from aliens (Venusian type like Scandinavian) telepathically and they built a prototype but it didn't work so they complained and they were told that the only people who could make it work is the people from Anastasia. Do you remember the book about people who lived harmoniously with nature? When they ask them to build the craft, it worked. These are people who can listen to radio or see tv without an equipment i.e. it comes into their head. There is no infrastructure there. My take on this is that when you can merge with anything including an electrical equipment, you become one. You are at one with the nature means you get the free flow of vital energy (infinite amount) which is needed for ESP.
